What forms of payment do you accept?

You can order and pay online by Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club, Solo, JCB, and Laser cards.

Will you retain my personal or credit card details?

Samuel Courtauld Trust Enterprises will not retain your credit card details after your order has been processed. We will retain your email and postal address details unless you opt out at the time of placing your order. Please refer to our Privacy Policy contained in our Terms and Conditions for further details.


How safe is shopping online?

How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?

Once your order has been successfully submitted you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Can I send orders to a different address?

Of course. If the delivery address differs from your home address, for example if you would like to send something to a friend or have the item delivered to your work address, please fill out the delivery address section when placing your order.

How will my order be processed if some of the items are not available?

Items temporarily out of stock will be despatched separately with no additional charge made for postage & packing, as postage is charged to the initial order. We will email you with an expected delivery date.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes we do. All payments will be taken in Pounds Sterling.

How much do you charge for postage?

We charge a set amount for each order as follows:
Delivery to a UK address costs £5.00
Delivery to a European address costs £8.00
Delivery to the Rest of the World costs £14.00

How long will my order take to arrive?

For UK deliveries please allow five working days from the time you place your order. For European orders, please allow up to 7 working days, for the rest of the world, please allow up to 12 working days. Please bear in mind that items are sometimes delayed in customs, which is beyond our control.
Customers and not Samuel Courtauld Trust Enterprises are responsible for customs duty and taxes prevailing in their own country.

How will I know when my order has been sent?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm this.

Will there be any additional duties and taxes payable on my purchase?

You will be liable for all duties and levies payable at any foreign port for delivery of goods outside of the United Kingdom. You shall not be entitled to cancel your order on the basis of unforeseen duties and levies.

What if I change my mind or have made a mistake on my web order?

If you have already completed your order, please email us as soon as possible so we can make any necessary amendments orders@courtauldshop.com

What is your online return policy?

If you are not entirely satisfied with any item you receive or because it was damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied, or develops a fault, please return it to us (in its original packaging and with all relevant documentation) within 28 days.

I have seen an item in your shop but it is not on your website, can I still buy it?

Yes. Unfortunately it is not possible to show all of our products online but please email or phone our shop and our team will be happy to help you locate the item from our shop.
