- Product Descriptions, Availability and PricesEvery care has been taken to ensure accuracy of description, specifications, colour and price of all products. However, these may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Sizes are given as a guide only. Please be aware that handmade items are subject to variations in size, colour and shape owing to the unique nature of the product.All items are offered subject to availability. The information displayed is considered as an invitation, not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods. Prices are in £ sterling including tax, if applicable. Postage and packing is an additional charge for each order.
Customers and not SCTE are responsible for customs duty and taxes prevailing in their own country.3. OrderingSCTE will treat each order for goods, which is confirmed when you click on the “Make Payment” button on the “Secure Payment Page” screen, as an offer by you to purchase the goods and services subject to these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order and SCTE shall supply you, subject to availability, with the quantity and specification of goods set out in your order. SCTE shall confirm each order by e-mail and such confirmation shall be SCTE’s acceptance of the contract. Products will be delivered to the address specified in the “Delivery Address” section on the “Check Out” page. The risk of damage to or loss of the products passes to you at the time of delivery.
You can order and pay online by Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club, Solo, JCB, and Laser cards.
If you are not entirely satisfied with any item you receive or because it was damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied, or develops a fault, please return it to us (in its original packaging and with all relevant documentation) within 28 days.
Once we receive the item(s), we will issue a refund or replacement(s), whichever is requested and depending upon availability. We aim to process all returns within 1-2 weeks. Once your return has been processed, and if it meets our refund criteria, we will issue the refund using the payment method used to purchase the goods. Depending on your bank, the refund could take up to 10 days to show in your account.
A refund will be issued for postage paid only when the item is found to be defective or incorrectly supplied from the original order. If you fail to return goods at your expense, SCTE reserves the right to charge the direct costs for their recovery and may offset that amount against any refund due.
For reasons of hygiene, safety and copyright, we cannot refund or exchange the following products unless they are faulty: pierced jewellery, personal grooming products, cushions, CD’s, DVD’s, tapes or other recording media, software or videos.
Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, as we cannot accept responsibility for any returned items that are lost in the post. We recommend that you ask your Post Office for a proof of posting (available free of charge).
By law, customers in the EU also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days after the date the item(s) is delivered. This applies to all items except those that have been personalised.

SCTE’s liability to you is limited to refunding the price of the products as provided for in Clause 5. SCTE is not responsible to you to any greater extent and in particular is not liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss (including without limitation financial loss such as loss of profit, or otherwise) that you may incur as a consequence of its failure to comply with these Terms. This clause does not operate to exclude or limit SCTE’s liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by its negligence.
